Day 4 -- Big Sur to San Simeon -- How Majestic

They are half way done! Four days down and four to go! Today they biked 64 miles and climbed 4900 ft. Lots of rolling hills. The ride started with an immediate 2 mile climb out of Big Sur. They stopped at a cafe and looked at the spectacular views along the coast. Lots of rolling hills until mile 40 when they had a 3.7 mile climb then 2.5 mile downhill. At mile 50 they came across hundreds of sea lions. Today, they stopped to take in the sights a lot. Thank God they didn't lose anyone! Sounds like the exhaustion is starting to kick in though. Please, keep them in your prayers.
